Cheers guys! I'll get a clearer pic once things fill in a little. So far so good! Chez I didn't realize you were running KK. I'm thinking about going to Ottawa (130 miles vs 600) but I'll keep your site in mind!

It was incredibly humid and I lifted too soon after eating a huge meal so I just felt fat, slow and bad. Need to get more serious with my diet.

DOH Axle DL: up to 1x1 @ 223

1H Axle DL: up to 1x1 @ 124.5

Little Big Horn and IM Axle arrived today :)

Deadlifting felt really solid, but cut the rest of the work out due to time.

Axle lifts were with a fresh, out of the box axle. Some training and a season bar and I think 139 is doable by comp time (-105k qualifying weight). DOH still needs major work.

Going on a week+ vacation this weekend so just messing around with lifting and getting a baseline for grip comp goals (i'll find out tomorrow if my work schedule will allow me to get up to Ottawa). BW squat :) Most weight I've had on my back in 18 months :( But a step in teh right direction for sure.

Tentative goals for the comp:

1HP: 85

1HAxle: 140

LBH: 120

Hub: 65

As much as it sucks, I'm glad I'm going to be all this open hand and pinch training, given how much of a weakness they are for me.
