popeye76 Posted June 1, 2008 Share Posted June 1, 2008 i can't find anybody within 100 miles that is serious about arm wrestling. i have advertised in the news paper, looked on the internet to see if there are any clubs or practices and can't find anything. all i do now is arm wrestle some guys at work but that is not really doing much for me as they are not much competition and not serious about it. i also do wrist work, along with grip and forearm work twice a week sometimes three. i follow the trainin advice from everyone here on the arm wrestling forum. Finally, a guy who used to live in MN (now lives in California) helped me out and gave me some names. I am sure there are people in NC.
