Recommended Posts

1. Must lift to full deadlift position.
2. Only chalk allowed.

3. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

4.The Kettlebell must be gripped by the bottom of the kettlebell.
5.If the kettlebell is coated in rubber or some other covering that enables a better grip, it will not be added to the list.
6.All effort possible to maintain a pure lift of the kettlebell using open hand / pinch strength is appreciated, meaning keep tilting to a minimum.

I like it.

Thanks Juha, I attempted the 20-kg and that was insanely hard. Didn't feel like I could get the right texture on it. You must have some big hands to be able to grip that. Awesome bro!
