2min each hand thin failure with

steel handle advanced and 3.5 attempt

I came up with a ideal to keep my pvc axle

So it would stay in place. And also just got the york

90 and 100 hex in the mail.

Lately i have been getting small workouts here and there. My new

job keeps me very busy, in a good way. I attempted my 3.5 righthand

and Elite offhand, both very close. My gripper strength has skyrocketed

since i dont overdue it with training anymore.Anyway here are a few pics

of my attempts.
