so after my workout I go outside and find one of our bunnies dead blunt force trauma to the head the neighbor kids stepped on it went home didn't say anything to his parents and my daughter is crying her eyes out I don't even know what to do I'm so pissed off now. I'm so disgusted

check out out, I had a patient last night with huge hands.

From the first wrist crease nearest to the palm to the tip of the middle finger was nine and a half inches! I've been looking at peoples hands for my entire life and I've never seen any this bigfor the exception of maybe giant Gonzalez the wrestler

I think I'm going to be doing these for a little while I'm going to try and lay off the heavy squats I've got a nagging lower back ache which just won't go away maybe the deadlifts will readjust things for me. whatever squats I do are just going to be light weight high reps. on top of that really hard for me to stay focus on squad during the summer I've already lost 10 pounds because I just can't seem to get to the gym maybe once school is out for the kids in a couple weeks things will get easier for methere's just always something to do this for the familyon top of that everytime I eat my wife says I eat too much all I can say is whatever

Thanks man. I was surprised how easy it was. I've been working with heavier Blobs and been making the Blob harder for so long, that an empty Blob is a joke.

Jed you are definitely awesome with the blobs you can do things that very few can.I've been watching your videos lately, the lifts are sweet and your teaching Luke alot. it's good to have a training partner so you can push each other.

ahhhh well it works really good for me, after 10 years of roofing, 10 years of fireplaces and marble work and now nursing I got some real bad lower back pain due to disk compression.
