A lot of the stuff you said makes sense. This is actually something I've been playing with for squatting. In the past couple months my form is better and my strength has shot through the roof. A gym friend said "wow three or four months ago you were like a baby calf trying to walk. Now you're doing sets of 255 like its nothing". He's a body builder and is always pointing out what's wrong with my posture or my muscle definition, or lack there of, so when he said that it was huge. This works for sure, the 3-5 second rep is amazing.

At first I thought you were talking about Bostin Loyd but that quote was too intelligent for him. So was it rich piana you were talking about or Lee Priest maybe?

I've been enjoying these videos.

I'm super new to the world of strength training and it's great to hear from people that have been training as long as you.
