So I hit a 10lb pr today. Pulled 585 for the first time. Plus a lil comic relief at the end for a friend of mine.

Also pulled 495 on a 5" deficit with some shrugs for good measure.

Enjoy.

Here's the 585.

Deficit pull.

Only thing that pisses me off is that window caused the video to be dark so I moved it to other side for the def pull.

Peanut allergies were never really a thing when I was little. Not sure what happened but seems crazy the way things have gone with them. No peanuts on planes? Pshhh what a joke.

I think I only remember one kid having it in elementary school (I'm 43). Kids don't eat enough snot and dirt these days.

Nice work, 15 more pounds isn't that much more

I think I'm there now just have to put it together on the right day. Carb load for a few days before a 600 attempt. Or if I pick up an actual deadlift bar is for sure pull 600 +

Nice PR! Lookin' forward to the "6 Plates And A 5 And A 2 1/2 Ain't Nothin' But A Peanut" video. Even though you only pulled five plates on this video.

Hell yeah, awesome PR man!

I believe that you can pull 600 right now if the conditions were just right!
