EJ Livesey
I was informed I should start a bending log. So here it is. I've never been one to really keep track of my bending. I have specific routines and training formulas I stick to, but how many pieces or how many hours dedicated was never important to me. I bent until I hurt. I will try to be as specific as possible, post pics and different things I find while bending. I will take things slower this time around. I figure I have a decent base after taking about a year off. I will also post the big lifts for me in here. I'm lifting specifically for bending. So it will be a lot of bench, neck, back and shoulders. Thanks for reading.

Mike Sharkey
You're probably not taking requests but I hope this log includes you bending the Gold in IMP's.
EJ Livesey
Thanks for the encouragement guys. I'll try to update as much as possible. Mike, currently I'm taking requests that are in my realm of possibilities. The gold is #2 on my list. How about a big g8 in a month or less? The #1 focus will be on the koasb. Sean Cashman
Fantastic EJ! I'm so happy you are starting a log. It's going to be very insightful and educational to see how much and what you are doing with bending and all your assistance work. Not to mention we will have a completed road map for directions on certing the Gold nail!!!! Look forward to following this. Good luck! Ran out of steam. 3 pieces of 303L 7x5/16 in imps. This was tough. All together about 7mins. Washed hands. Cleaned with alcohol. Wiped tuff foot on fingers and palms. EJ Livesey
So it's been a busy couple weeks for me. Haven't done a whole lot of bending. BUT I thought about bending, lol. So today I had a big fail. Tried a big g8 in single BB wraps. One hit, got it to 20degrees or so. If I pushed harder of further I would have filleted my fingers. There was too much pain. I have the strength but not the tough skin anymore. So that's what I'll be focusing on, toughening my hands. Here's a pic, the video wasn't worth uploading.
