Setting Cards With Amazing Art!

Recommended Posts

If you recall, a few months ago we solicited help from artistic gripsters for a project. We wanted to make business cards that doubled as plastic setting cards for training.

From the amazing submissions we decided to move on with Roy Wolfs (Royz on the GripBoard). We were blown away by his creative designs! The first run of these cards is done!

The idea is that we will include one of these cards in your first order with any rated gripper. You don't have to say you want it, but rather it will just be included. They will also be available to buy for a small price.

Then we plan on keeping a list (not a certification) at CannonPowerworks.com. Any customer can send in their video of a rated gripper close using the card to get on the list. The list will be stacked in order for bragging rights! We're working out that page with the details.

But without further delay, here are the two designs from the first run! Click the thumbnail to enlarge:

Bravo to Roy for such awesome designs! They look stellar.

Also great idea man, I look forward to getting one of each and having a go at the list!

Awesome design... they look great!

Any chance a card will be included for customers that use the rate and return program? I've been thinking of sending some of my gripper collection to be rated.

I have since been corrected by CPW's CEO (technically Kristy) that all orders get the card. We are going to quasi-track and the intention is that each customer will get one card free.

Sounds good... time to place another order.

I agree! Thanks for posting. We are VERY happy with them. We hope for it to be an on-going thing through the years. Tapping into creative art for them!

They look really cool.

Given the ruler component they will outrank the IM card in terms of functionality.

You should consider changing the artwork every few years Matt - make them into a prized (grip) collectors item !!!!

Hello Matt,

just placed an order for 6 gripper plus rating service. How long do you need for the rating service? I hope the ratings differ at least a little.

We're only a couple of days out right now at most. I will try and organize good numbers. We usually assume if people are buying multiples of the same gripper then they hope to get two grippers that at least feel different in the hand.
