Well done. Have you actually been on ANW?

Good job Evan! You almost went through ceiling. Last year I managed to do one :)

Dang that's strong!

Nice job Evan, and maybe when you go to do your sets just push that ceiling tile up and over onto the grid and then move it back when you are done...if you have a ladder.

I can do about 4-6 before I lose the pulling strength/speed to get over the bar. Doing 15 is on a whole different level! Very strong work!

Thanks Mike! Yes, I was on American ninja warrior Venice region a few weeks ago. I was a walk on so I had to wait 7 days in line and barely made it on the show. Cool experience though.

Thanks Juri, couple years ago I couldn't do one.

Thanks Frank, good idea! I'll do that next time lol. This is a weird setup. It's easier to do muscle ups if you have a bit more space so you can also swing a bit forward to gain momentum.

Thanks Royz. I'm sure you can eventually do a muscle up if you can do pull-ups and dips. The transition part gets easier with practice. If you want you can start with an assisted muscle up on a low bar (jumping up). That's how I started.

Thanks Jorg!

Thanks David, I was also doing 4-6 last year, What helped me improve is practice of course but also improving my technique and building hanging endurance.

Thanks Sensuixel!
