Bench: 135# x 10; 225# x 5; 285# 3 x 4; 2 < eased up on the volume because shoulders still sore from PRs last week

Squat: 135# x 10; 225# x 5; 275# 2 x 5;

DB 1arm OHP: 83# 7 x 7 < dropped the vol a bit because these combined with bench last week toasted my shoulders

2HP: 119# x 10; 174# 5 x 5 < movin' on up next week

Hi Ben, Thanks! I'm actually climbing back slowly. I got away from 2HP last year due to hand tears and other grip things I was focusing on (a lot more TTK and blobing) but now I'm back and focused on 2HP again. I also picked up some tips from Jedd's DVD, changed my pinch width back to 48mm, and so far I have been experiencing almost no tears.

How has your training been going?

Thanks Parris! If I can get my training weight on the 2HP into the 180's, or low 190's, I'm hoping to break 210/215 in competition.

So Far today:

Swiss Bar OHP: 175# 5 x 5 < need to repeat this for a while till I own it

Grippers: Worked up to CoC#3: R: 5, 5, 4, 5, 5? L: 5, 3, 5, 5, 5? < last set, it was kind of questionable whether I fully closed the last rep, my hands were shaking.

KBSwings: 62#; 36:36; 18 reps/int; 15 intervals < think these are helping my workouts overall go faster.

Thanks Jason! I'm hoping with the more moderate weight, and slightly higher volume, my shoulder holds up compared to what I was doing before. I have also spaced my workouts better so I don't do db ohp right after bench day.
