This was a deload week, which for me means I will pretty much lift what I want, work on mobility & weak spots, and not worry to much about what I'm doing.

Gracie DB Lifts: R: 1/2, 1, 1, 1, 1/4 L: 0, 0, 0, 1/4, 0

Inch DB Holds (with finger on globe) for time (sec): R: 3, 3, 4, 7, 7, 5 L: 5, 5, 6, 10, 10, 5

Pull Ups: BW - maximizing ROM (trying to pull the bar down to my armpits): 5 x 6

Chin Ups: BW - 5 x 4 < I could do a lot more, more weight, etc. but this is a difficult position for my wrists, so I'm trying not to go crazy

Sled Drags:

100# + my daughter & her guinea pig, up & down the block

145# up & down the block

Also did some band stabilization work on the shoulders as well. Been doing a lot of light work on the rotator cuffs this week with 20# dbs.

2HP: 123# x 10; 173# 5 x 4; 2 < had to stop last set short as thumbs started bleeding - this time in a different place than before. Was hoping new form/grip would fix this...

I think he was saying "Just look at Lindsay Lohan" figuratively, not literally. :)

I can't even remember what I wrote that in regards to. As a stand alone statement it tends to let the mind wander. :)

At the time, I just figured maybe it was the scotch or whiskey speaking

The guy is pretty funny, and I'm impressed by his efforts. I think if he ate a little more protein, he could be a monster.

What are your high and low pinches on the TTK?

I have two heights on my homemade TTK. I call them hi & lo, just cuz the words are shorter to write, but the hi one is a wide pinch then ends at about 2" apart. The lo one, closes to within about 3/16" or so. I'm trying to build up some volume on this and grippers. So that was about 110 reps per hand total on the homemade TTK.
