Hold it together than remove to choke.

That would be awesome.

This is already awesome.

And here I thought those world class grippers were for hanging on the wall only...

Awesome strength!

Nothing is hanging on the Vano's wall without a purpose :)

Awesome strength is it!

Mind boggling crushing strength!

May I ask, how strong are you with CCS now? It would be so damn nice to finally see someone cert the #4 with the new brutal rules.

Unreal! Are we gonna see a GHP10 choker close next week?

I do not have in stock GHP10. The difference between ghp10 and WC not big.

I just recently started coaching CSS.
So far, nothing surprising. It is necessary to prepare for certification 3.5

Great power!

I do not understand the calculation. RGC of 269 lbs? Why does it say 204.74 kg?

204.74Kg in the middle of the handle.

269 lbs it is at the end of the handle on the rules RGC

I actually thought you already certed on the #3.5, probably confused it with the #3, my memory is really bad haha :)

I'm sure you'll get it really easy once you're ready for it!

That's unreal! Congrats!

But was the spring actually moving or did you just bend the handles?

That's a really good quesiton. I've noticed while rating these heavy grippers that there is a ton of flex in the handle under heavy weight.

Interesting. Of course, I meant no disrespect for the feat and was mainly going for comedic affect. But maybe there was some flex...

I think Teemu speculated about some of this in his infamous choker training article. Mainly the difference between choking a gripper on the handles or on the spring. In that article he said that putting on the handles was slightly harder in his opinion. Either way, the force required to close the gripper like Vano did is going to be phenominal.

Matt do you have a link to that article, I've never seen it before.
