Squeezus
Decided to do some pinch block work last night. For those of you that don't know, pinch is by far my weak point, so I wasn't expecting to have any PRs or even lift very much at all. My previous best was 68lbs with both hands on the blockbuster. I started the workout with some high rep burnout on the RB Adjustable gripper with the pinch attachments, followed by Blockbuster, and finished off with some hex block holds. Here's a video of my best lifts of the night and my workout log:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4fhQLL0yMc RB Adjustable w/ Pinch (left and right hand) (format is [sets]x[reps]@[notch setting]) 1x20@1 1x20@2 2x15@3 1x5@3.5 2x15@3 Blockbuster (format is [sets]x[reps]@[lbs]) 1x5@33 1x3@42.8 1x3@54.1 1x1@59.5 (LH only) 1x2@59.5 1x2@62.2 1x1@65 1x1@67.9 1x1@70.7 1x1@72.7 1x1@75.7 (LH only) 1x1@78.3 (LH only) 1x1@81.2 (LH only) 1x1@83.2 (LH only) 1x1@86 (LH only) 90lb Double Hex Dumbbell Holds (44lbs and 44.7lbs individually) 3x10seconds Now, I know I have a lot of work to do to catch up with Juha, who is lifting 100lbs on the thing, and I will need to started getting blood infusions from silverback gorillas to get anywhere near John McCarter, but I am happy, nonetheless, to pull some respectable numbers on a lift that I previously sucked at. Maybe there's hope after all.
John McCarter
I don't think you need to get blood infusions, you're doing killer work with that pinch block!
Squeezus
I guess it's only fair to mention that I was yelling "KODY!!!!!" between sets on this thing. All of you guys bring out the competitive side in me, but you are so inspiring as well.

HandsofStone
Very strong finishes there!! Shows great mastery over that PR weight. Have you been using that RB adjustable for dynamic pinch work very long? By the way, is that Juicy J I hear in the background?
Squeezus
I don't think you need to get blood infusions, you're doing killer work with that pinch block! Thanks, John. Hopefully, you're right. I've heard that gorilla blood is getting pretty expensive these days. I guess it's only fair to mention that I was yelling "KODY!!!!!" between sets on this thing. All of you guys bring out the competitive side in me, but you are so inspiring as well.Awesome Pinchin ! Glad I was able to help bring out a great PR for ya Keep up the good work ! Thanks, Kody. Keep setting records and I'll keep chasing them. Very strong finishes there!! Shows great mastery over that PR weight. Have you been using that RB adjustable for dynamic pinch work very long? By the way, is that Juicy J I hear in the background? Thanks, man. I have only been using the RB adjustable for about 2-3 weeks. I like that it is cheaper, more compact, and simpler than a TTK. I will keep working with it and time will tell how well it trains my pinch. You bet it's Juicy J. I feel like I can channel Dan Green strength when I lift to Juicy.
