How did you get into grip training?

Happened to see an advertisement.

You are now a GripBoard Mash Monster, what would you recommend to those aspiring to close this gripper?

Many have said, but I repeat: it is necessary to do MMS close and not even think about TNS closes.

There seems to be a significant variation in the frequency of grip workouts among trainees. Have you experimented with workout frequency and it’s affect on your training?

I experimented with the frequency of training. I tried 2,3, 4, 5 times a week. In the end, I chose two times a week.

What are your favorite grip exercises?

My favorite exercise is MMS closing grippers.

What are some of your personal bests in grip exercises?

My personal record is closing 79.5kg RGC gripper (175#).

What do you believe is the most common mistake made by new grip trainees?

Beginners do not give their hands enough time to recover.
