Did some anvil holds, my anvil is only 75 lbs so I used bands for some extra resistance at the top

Grippers and Bending

Bent 5 grade five 1/4 inch x 6 inches

Bent 1 x 5/16 x 7" Hex

Grippers

Closed the ghp 6 with each hand

GHP 7 with the right for 3 singles

Grand Master with the right x 1

COC #3 didn't close it, but today was the closest I've cam, down to an 1/8 of an inch

After I did some log press, couple sets of 5, with some overhead holds and some zercher walks

Sunday September 28

Did some axle deads outside today

Did 15 singles with 315. About half of these were from close to snatch grip hand position,( about 4 inches inside the sleeve)

Friday Oct 10

Changing gears for a bit. Going to run the 40 day program. Doing axle, dips, front squats, chins and ab roll outs. Tonight was the first time I've squatted in 10 months due to knee issues. Stayed light and to a high box. Any additional grip implements will be supplementary and based on how the hands feel.

All three sessions were done with for 2x5 with the same weight each time. On the axle though, I have been progressively widening my grip each set and session.
