knyaz Posted August 19, 2008 Author Share Posted August 19, 2008 - got Dinosaur training in the mail by Brooks Kubik today couldnt put the book down, has a lot in there about the importance of grip strength and real training not any of that bodybuliding stuff, very well written and just reminds me that quality heavy work over quantity is the main thing when training, well written makes me wish I got it years ago, gotta get more serious with my training for sure had a Back workout, Rows, one hand rows, Bicep s, and some hand stand balancing work yesterday.. then finished off with a 3 Mile vest walk today will hit Squats later on in the day Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
