Feeling good for the contest, looking forward to competing with everyone!

King Long went well. Very happy with my pinch and hub. Anvil and axle were real weak points that kept me out of the top ten. Back to grippers now.

I have been sick for 2 weeks. Did a light workout last week didn't write it down.

Hit a CCS PR tonight. 155#3!!

Did some drop sets CCS work after the PR. I guess the key for me in CCS grippers is to do NOTHING besides grippers. I haven't done right handed grip work other than grippers since King Kong

Left my grippers at my inlaws 2.5 hours away so couldn't do them for a couple weeks until we went back . Got in a workout or two but too busy over Christmas to post. Training tonight, will post results

That happens, i know. Busy weekends, specially with kids' birthdays...just go with the flow and don't fight it. Maybe throw in a bit of training varience? Not being wiseguy or anything, but just noticing you are doing a lot of the same stuff gripperwise for a long time now. And it's killing for motivation, if you catch my drift.

Thanks Geralt, sometimes you just put your head down and plod along without looking around. Changed things up tonight and it felt good
