Tried to get my 53kg stone overhead today, no way. Yesterday a friend of mine stopped by and decided to try floorpressing with my fatbar. He got 155kg not bad for someone who trains only for looks.

Next goal: 55kg RT to qualify for moser's RT competition.

Good luck !! Is 55 kg just the weight of the plates you need to do, or the weight of the plates, plus handle and loading pin and clip ?

At the rate your diversified program is progressing, it won't take you long, IMHO.

straight bar curls normally on my 2'' bar today on a oly bar

cant wait to get a 2 inch bar one day, curls sound tough on that type of bar

Oh yeah, I really like my 2'' bar great for curling pressing deadlifting just everything! Make shure u get one, once u have it u wont know how u were able to deal without it!

Visited Frank and we had a loooooong training session.

We did:

Pinch:

- several Woodblocks one handed

- IM pinchblck

- blobette

- woodblob

-TTK

Fatbar:

- RT

- Clays handle

- 60mm Dumbbell

- AA stuff

Gripper:

- max attempts

- repping

- choker work

- strapholds

Bending

Frank missed a 6'' red at 100° and bent two reds

I got a yellow and a blue, both PRs, I got a 6'' G5 to 90° and bend a 7'' 7mm Nail, also PRs

We also did DU and different rev styles.

And we did:

- Squats

- Deadliftlockouts

- Floorpresslockouts

- Overheadlockouts

- Benchpressing

- one arm pressing

Really a great workout.

My hands, thumbs and chest are totally sore this morning.

I'm not fully recovered yet only small session today.

Choked my RB 160 down to parallel and closed it a couple of times with my right hand. Lefty I tried to close my filed #1 and then did negs with it. Also did some Fingerextensions with rubberbands for high reps.

The question is do I suck at grippers because I hate them, or do I hate them because I suck at them? :blush
