Congratulations man awesome pull!

Very good speed. I'm a little surprised that 600 didn't go up for you since the 575 looked so tight...I have no doubt more pr's are just around the corner.

Thanks guys. 3x is far off as I'm 240 right now haha. My frame just can carry that weight well lol.

Frank yeah I think it's because 575 was a pr and mentally it drained me leading up to wanting that pull for 5 days now. Also I've never had 600 on the bar. And I kind of lost my intense focus because I was happy about the pr.

I may try 600 fresh in two weeks will see.

The 500x5 was the grinder set. My back is sore from top to bottom today.

Yup how often do you see that lol. I just knew I'd get it. I planned for it for five days in my mind and also carbed up the days before.

congrats on the PR !

on the missed attempt looks like the bar traveled forward a bit too much. when I was pulling heavy I was guilty of that as well, one of the things some big time lifters suggested (went to the elitefts gym for a seminar) was to make sure I was able to move my toes just before pulling the bar up.

that kind of ensures you're going to drive your heals into the floor and drag the bar up the shins. my2c.
