Been having some lower back issues the past month. Been upping my bodyweight training since I can still go hard on those exercises without aggravating the injury. This one felt pretty good today. Didn't look as good as it felt though lol. Felt like I was super smooth through the motion. Just goes to show that you have to film yourself in order to truly know your form. Anyhow, I feel pretty good about it. The goal is to perfect the form and add strength and endurance enough to stay up there for longer.

Those look hard!

Thank you brother! Felt impossible the first time I tried them. Might be something for you to try as you're working toward those 20 pullups.

Good stuff!

After a couple decades of heavy lifting- I switched to mostly body weight training. I am thankful that I did. I still use weights for farmers walks, and use a heavy sandbag with a thick tree branch for a handle for my curls (heavy singles).

Pull ups are excellent! Love them a lot!

Thank you Allan! I enjoy doing all kind of lifting and training. Mixing bodyweight stuff with heavy lifting, gripping and bending.
