MRabich Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I remember when I was 16 my pops challenged me to arm wrestling and whooped my ass, I was like 130 lbs at the time, to this day he calls me to arm wrestle him, and i refuse... a loss be too devastating. MRabich Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 (edited) Like slazbob said it's very difficult to overpower someone in a handshake contest unless you have giant hand, but what you can do is overpower him by pulling him like a rag doll with your back muscles (out of handshake position) he won't want to mess with you.
