steve0 Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 I had a FBBC custom make this Inch Dumbbell trainer handle. It is basically a pro-style dumbbell, 2.5" thick, 4.5" long. It is threaded to accept 1" bolts that will be tightened down on plates to eliminate rotation. I'm excited to start training with it once it arrives later this week. Both of these handles are phenomenal training tools. The FBBC version is that tank of the two being of solid stock.
