Eric Roussin
I have a handful of anvils of various sizes that I enjoy trying to lift in different ways. In this video I lift a 49-lb anvil a few different ways. The key pinch by the tail is the hardest of the variations in this clip (at least for me).

climber511
That's awesome. I gotta try that key pinch. I think the anvils that will be at Gripmas are 55# but I'm not sure - but they are a different shape than the one you have - we will see. 3Crusher
If you have a heavier anvil, overhead presses are fun, but getting the anvil to the shoulders will scrape you up. I f you want a special challenge, turn the anvil upside down so you have to press it with the base of the anvil on top. Fun stuff.

Yes, I can't wait to go for a Double Key Pinch after Gripmas is done. I got the single the other night.

Those things are unpredictable when you drop them.
