Community Status Updates



So close to closing that 3!! Hands are still strong after time away from gripping to allow torn up palm to heel.. Stupid doctor. All the dead lifting must have helped though

    don't do more than 3 sets of 3 reps, or 2 sets of 5 reps. rest 5 minutes in between. and warm up with a low tension gripper. when you do the reps, don't train to failure..if you can do 7 reps max, do 5, and advice never go beyond 5. even with your #3, do 3-5 reps of attempts...this way you are training your electrical signal that is sent from your brain to your muscle. this signal will get stronger, and next time you'll get stronger. so, make sure your last rep is in good form and...
