Weekend off, wanted to train today, tendons in my arms hurt when lifting the plates to the bar...time to back off. Damn overtraining every time.

    your forearm mucles are tight. what you should do is, press with your thumb on the muscles, and locate where there is pain, when you find your pain, press hard while closing and banding your hand and fingers, and keep pressing for 2 seconds while opening the hand and fingers. repeat this thing for each spot few times. it will release the muscles...and they will not put pressure anymore on the tendons. after you do that, rest for a day or too, because this muscle breakdown technique will give...

    ...will give you some pain afterwards.. and yes you should press well, don't press on the tendons, press on the muscles, where the forearm is at it's biggest, not near the elbow or near the wrist. my Chiropractic Dr taught me this

    Thnx! Will try so. It's the bone on the pinkyside of my lower arm. Halfway there are sore/painful spots, specially when grabbing a (EZ) bar and doing curlwork for instance.
