Broke the INCH DB off the ground for the first time last night....followed it with 3 more times!
Anyone got some ideas of decent numbers for a 3 inch pinch (double handed)? Hit 73.5KG (162lbs) for 3 reps, want to see how it compares.
Andrew PNever did it with 2 hands but with 1 hand I can get 70#

BenMorrisseyMy local blacksmith had some square iron tubing lying around, so got him to weld a bent piece of metal to the bottom. In the optimal position, my fingers are maybe 1mm lower than the bottom edge, but I can't do anything about that.

Been real weak lately. Can't close any grippers or bend anything. I miss feeling strong.

Level 14 using WD2 just missed out on level 15!
JoshWorange spring and it's notch 5-6 level 15 but only translates to level 6/7 on CROM.
