Was doing some random training tonight with some thickbar and decided id see where i was at on 1HA (even tho i am not competing in KK), and pulled 200 and some change fairly easy. Then went to 210 and it felt like it was welded to the floor.. Whats up with that? I would think that pulling 200 with relative ease would also mean id get 210 atleast off the ground. But no way. Psh. I guess thickbar is an asshole like that.

thanks Chez. i dont know what my max is at this time, but im certain i can match my best comp lift of 353 at any given time. but if i were to be bold enough to guess, i would say 370ish? maybe a tad higher?.. i know for sure that 400 is still not possible.

tore a deck of cards off center with the case still onthem. There seems to be a lot of transfer for certain grip exercises.

I actually don't train anything regularly because I am supper phlegmatic. What I do do however, is a great deal of heavy partials and isometric work. The last time I trained grippers (a few months ago I think), I did holds with my 170lb elite. That was definately helpful now that I have healed, but I feel like the lockout presses are what really dialed it in for me. Yes sir Josh, these are all good times! Have you received your horseshoes?

So last night after a years worth of training I finally one-hand pinch two 45lbs plates! It felt great and I even got a little video of it. My hand kind of twisted oddly at lock out but I'm pretty sure it was a full lift nonetheless.

So last week, I just barely maxed out my shoulder-bridge lockout press at 525 lbs. My lower arms have still not recovered from that, so I switched to 1/4 squat lockouts and one-shoulder squat lockouts. After a few months, I can still 1/4 squat 675 relatively easily, and I can do a one shoulder squat with 315 (never having done that exercise before). My goal is 800 lbs on the regular, and 500 lbs on the one shoulder (each side).

Attempted the Poundstone 100 rep curl challenge last Saturday. Thought it didn't bother me much afterwards. WRONG. Second day of sore biceps lol

Yup. I did some set downs however...a few seconds. So technically I didn't complete it the right way.
My first set was 60 though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFG8__Undy0
