If you are doing Atkins aND follow it exactly...but decide to have a bar of chocolate once in a while when you " feel like it" ...guess what? You are no longer doing atkins.

This arm needs to heal quickly. I have goals to accomplish.
ChezThanks Tommy. I have also heard must people come back stronger. I'll just be patient and work my butt to get back to where I was. I still want the COC 3.5 cert and MM7

Stephen RubySometimes a break makes the fire that much stronger when you get back to training. Good luck with recovery.

You know it's going to be a great grippertraining with a Silvis Megalodon when first with setting the handle comes loose and kills the first attempt and secondly your Alen key breaks in half when securing the screws for the second attempt.

CannonJesus bud, sorry about that trouble. Just log the broken wrench as a bending workout.

GeraltNo worries Matt, it wasn't the original key lol. Yeah...I think I'm ready for the red nail man

Should I buy a 45kg York Legacy Dumbbell to make x2 blobs?
anwnateIt is a good deal. Now that I know the cost, I'd say go for it. While the Legacy are not the same lift, at 50BP=$77 that's going to give you 49+lb blobs at $38 a piece. Plus you have the option of selling the other half.

radders112Nate: That is what I was thinking as one has just sold for £40 on ebay. Thanks for your input, do you have any photo's to compare blob's?
