No Gold Nail bend. Got hung up at work and too tired to attempt. For my safety I need to be more alert than what I am now.

The word Tired, does not begin to describe how I feel right now. Didn't eat nearly enough and pushed a little too hard at the gym.

Eat and rest up man, that gold nail doesn't bend itself! I've been doing those bent rows, upright rows, and one arm rows like you showed me and haven't attempted a deadlift since Nate's house. I've gone up weight and movement quality in all 3 and back muscles feel stronger so today I'm going to see how a deadlift feels - thanks again for the training tips!

Yea man 1st day back today I beat my all time best by 5lbs then increased it by another 10lbs and got half way up but couldn't pull it to the top - still the heaviest attempt to date and the most I cleanly pulled so totally a success! Excellent training suggestions coach!

I took about a moth off of grip work to continue my education of locksmithing with a 3rd school I passed the course with a 98% I plan to restart grip work on Sunday as I was I tested my self today and I couldn't get the CoC 2.5 closed like before so I lost a little in the time I was off it seems I know I will gain it back and more in a few months I hope just thought I'd say what I was up too the past month or so :)

Hey I'm a locksmith too who loves grip - small world! What school did you go to? In kentuckey? Grip strength definately increased my hand stamina for small precision movements - also smashing knob locks off with hand tools - and basically everything

This morning sleep won over bending. Only woke up because I was hungry. Oh well, not the first time I've fallen asleep in my work clothes.

Ye i may do. my set is probably terrible though.. i suppose feedback is always welcome. i normally do a 'no set' of singles for one set. thats the way ive always done it. concentrating on plate curls right now, training grippers once every 10 days so progress on those will be slow..

doesnt the ulnar nerve run down the inside of the elbow closest to the body? if this is whats bothering you, try some self myofascial release. i use my thumbs to release the trigger points. i do this often to keep my elbows healthy and pain at bay. hope this helps.
