No Gold Nail bend. Got hung up at work and too tired to attempt. For my safety I need to be more alert than what I am now.
JoshWYou need to be focused for this, wise move.

IROC-ZOrdered mine yesterday.....eagerly waiting for its arrival!
Jul 23 2015 04:54 AM
Jared GoguenI also got one coming!

The word Tired, does not begin to describe how I feel right now. Didn't eat nearly enough and pushed a little too hard at the gym.
Anton.TorrellaEat and rest up man, that gold nail doesn't bend itself! I've been doing those bent rows, upright rows, and one arm rows like you showed me and haven't attempted a deadlift since Nate's house. I've gone up weight and movement quality in all 3 and back muscles feel stronger so today I'm going to see how a deadlift feels - thanks again for the training tips!

EJ LiveseyLet me know if it worked. I'm curious.
Jul 21 2015 06:10 PM
Anton.TorrellaYea man 1st day back today I beat my all time best by 5lbs then increased it by another 10lbs and got half way up but couldn't pull it to the top - still the heaviest attempt to date and the most I cleanly pulled so totally a success! Excellent training suggestions coach!

I took about a moth off of grip work to continue my education of locksmithing with a 3rd school I passed the course with a 98% I plan to restart grip work on Sunday as I was I tested my self today and I couldn't get the CoC 2.5 closed like before so I lost a little in the time I was off it seems I know I will gain it back and more in a few months I hope just thought I'd say what I was up too the past month or so :)
Anton.TorrellaHey I'm a locksmith too who loves grip - small world! What school did you go to? In kentuckey? Grip strength definately increased my hand stamina for small precision movements - also smashing knob locks off with hand tools - and basically everything
Jul 21 2015 12:14 PM
William Charles PrevostI started opening locks in 2012 took my first online course with Ashworth Career College in 2013 then took my second online course online with Stratford Career Institute in 2014 then this year was my 3rd online course with PennFoster next 2 years I plan to do the Foley-Belsaw Courses the offer 2 career diplomas that will give me 5 Career Diplomas in Locksmithing for the 2013 year I passed with a 84% the 2013 year I passed with a 92% this year I passed with a 98% my hopes are to pass the next...

Anton.TorrellaThats alot of courses in locksmithing - you've been on the job for 3 years then? what more are you looking to learn through courses? Access control? Certifications? Safes? You do alot of commercial gigs? I've been on the job for 10 years and theres no teacher like experience you know

This morning sleep won over bending. Only woke up because I was hungry. Oh well, not the first time I've fallen asleep in my work clothes.
EJ LiveseyBending these two times has reduced the pain greatly. Looks like I may have found my "fix" for tennis elbow
Jul 18 2015 11:24 AM
JoshWI had a nap after bending today, seems like it's now a thing.
Jul 18 2015 11:59 AM
EJ Liveseynaps are a God send and very essential with me
Jul 18 2015 05:08 PM

Jul 16 2015 10:31 AM

Jul 16 2015 11:15 AM
Grippers have arrived for rating, hopefully get them all oiled and rated this evening
GrindI also provide this service for just 3 euro's but it isn't very populair in Europe I guess.
Jul 15 2015 12:03 PM
radders112I think it helps a great deal to know what level you are at
Jul 16 2015 12:07 AM
Said it awhile back, but im planning on putting some videos up on YouTube soon to keep myself motivated. Gripper training tomorrow, but hopefully i can upload a half decent Plate Curl session by the end of the week. 15kg plate curl #Comeatmebro!
JoshWVideo some gripper closes brother and what ever else you do! Always interesting to watch regardless of whether you close a #3 or a #1!
Jul 08 2015 03:29 PM
Jones1874Ye i may do. my set is probably terrible though.. i suppose feedback is always welcome. i normally do a 'no set' of singles for one set. thats the way ive always done it. concentrating on plate curls right now, training grippers once every 10 days so progress on those will be slow..
Jul 08 2015 03:46 PM

Guys, don't forget your extensor exercises.
Evan Raftopouloswere you asking if any of them is better for ulnar nerve problems? I don't really know, with rehab there is a lot of trial and error
Jul 07 2015 01:57 PM
GrindWhat about reverse wrist curls?
Jul 08 2015 03:53 AM
Jones1874doesnt the ulnar nerve run down the inside of the elbow closest to the body? if this is whats bothering you, try some self myofascial release. i use my thumbs to release the trigger points. i do this often to keep my elbows healthy and pain at bay. hope this helps.
Jul 09 2015 06:07 PM
