Ganglion in my wrist has been pressing on the nerve again which explains things. Bent an A and C today not going after the E for a bit until it goes down again.

NBransonThey don't want to treat mine due to where it is. Surgery could be an option but only 80% chance of working without permanent damage. See how it works out long term here. See if I can work around the limitations

Finally managed to close my GHP6, with both hands. Next on the line RB240.

Has anyone had success (or failures) with Stronglifts 5x5? Thought about doing 5-3-1 but didn't want to stick to 1 exercise per session.
JoshWBeen training my brother on 5x5 and his deadlift went from 110kg-155kg and bench 60kg- 115kg. I have coached him since september, he would do cycles of 5x5 then swap to doubles and triples for a few sessions then go back on it

radders112Juri: Training currently on phase 5 of RRBT and can parallel close the #2.5 for reps (2-5)
Josh:I currently only have WT that are rated so my 130 GM i would say is slightly harder than my #2.5 but the new #3 i have seems very light compared to my other 3. Would ideally like to get them rated to see what each one pulls

Reversed a G5 to 20 degrees straight after waking up, will rest up and try again in the evening!
JoshWI really hope you get it. Think I will be the full 40degrees after a short transition back to steel bending!

Either the CRS I had been getting was weak or today being half sick I am weak as drill rod E defeated me with only a wobble :(
JoshWDo volume on the 6" length maybe 5 bends per session. Definitely try 60Ds though! level 7 orange is a reasonable start. Rest and eat up and that E bar is yours

JoshWNo problem! Watch lots of videos on reversing, I usually do before a big bend. Hope you get better soon
