Right now I'm able to close the CoC1 a few times. My routine for crushing and various other grip/strength related exercises are as follows: STRENGTH: M/W/F Squat Bench Press Deadlift OHP Barbell Row Essentially, I'm doing starting strength. GRIP: Wrist/Reverse Wrist Curls 3x15 -Current weight (as of 01/16/17): 30lbs Finger Curls 3x15 -Current weight (as of 01/16/17): 70lbs Plate Pinch 3xF -Current weight (as of 01/16/17): 45lbs Dead hang 2xF -Current time: 13 seconds CRUSH: Gripper routine is done Tu/Th/Sa Warm Up: Heavy Grip 100 (Rated 42lbs) Work Grip: CoC 1 (Rated 77lbs) Challenge Grip: CoC 2 (Rated 108lbs) Henceforth, the Strength portion will not be included in future posts due to the routine will not be changing for some time. Also, any other workout (like boxing) will not be included. That is for another forum! Grip/Crush will be included, as well as wrist/forearm measurements.
