Bending Equipment in Germany

Ferdinand Avenarius

Recommended Posts

Hi -

I'm in Germany and am having trouble finding the equipment I need to progress with bending, like leather/suede wraps. Ordering a piece of suede from Amazon.de was a fail as it was waaaaay too thin. If I went to Hornbach, for instance, would I find anything suitable there?

Also, if anyone knows where to buy shot-loadable sledgehammers, the info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

David Horne world of grip (dhwog) sells suede and I think leather. He is in Britain, I know this isn't Germany but much closer than the US for shipping.

Of course Fat Bastard Barbell Company sells Cordura and suede wraps with lots of options in steel to help you progress. Many here on the gripboard use iron mind wraps which are sold by iron mind and Cannon Power works.

As far as a loadable sledge... Sorinex and rogue both sell loadable hammers but the empty weight is rather high. if you are looking for a light hammer, buy just the handle on amazon and then tape weights to it.

Hi!

IMPs gibt's bei Choice of Champions.

Funktionieren super...

Oder halt bei FBBC.

Mit dem Sledgehammer... keine Ahnung. Manchmal gibt's Sonderangebote für normale Vorschlaghämmer. Ich hab mittlerweile 4 (3kg langer Stil, 3kg kurzer Stil, 4kg, 5kg) davon. Zur Not lass Dir an Deinen Lieblingshammer eine Scheibenaufnahme dran schweißen...

Viel Spaß!

Moin,
