FJM Posted November 29, 2016 Share Posted November 29, 2016 Last Saturday we held annual Savo open grip championships and despite disappointing performances from few athletes (my self included), there certainly was some phenomenal lifting! Arguably brightest star of day was Niko Junnilainen who despite competing in -83kg class, demolished world records all the way to 120kg class for adjustable thick bar. Only open class record of Steve Gardener remained safe. And he was not done.
