3 sets of Planks

3 sets of Back Bridge

70 kg grip on weight scale //15 kg higher than last time, perhaps nervous system was more ready

3 sets of Levering w/ 2.5kg for time //brutal, forearms and hands took a toll

1 set of Levering w/ 1.25kg for time

2x6 Close grip chin ups

1x7 Pull ups

2x7 Close grip chin ups & 6+2 LH & 8 RH reps 10 kg Dumbbell Bicep curls //& indicates superset

1x5 Close grip chin ups & 4+1 LH & 5 RH reps 12.5 kg Dumbbell Bicep curls

1x9 Dumbbell Bicep curls 12.5 kg //last 4-5 reps were cheated
