Ivan Beritashvili
Nov 12th, 2016My big PR even though I was out of time. Wrists felt not very fresh after Shiny Bastard and Sexabastard week ago. I think I need two weeks of rest from DU now. Some flexibility work would be perfect. David_wigren
Very good bend Ivan! Next time you will smoke it! I also think wrist flexability is important for a strong DU bend.

Any tips you can offer would be greatly appreciated. go for volume - kill 10-15 PC of 6-7" of 1/4" bars. But then go to bigger steel. try to find 7 mm CRS bars, or switch to 5/16 HRS then again go for volume, no more than once a week. And I advice to consider calibrated steel to practice. 1/4" CRS won't go higher than 80 kg @7" and 5/16" red nail is 145 kg @7" With calibrated steel you will make this progression smooth. Good luck! wobbler
1/4×7 hex is cheap, and should be about 15% harder than round
