Due to my new job since May I am almost always in business trips on oil fields so had no opportunity to post here lately. Also no regular gym training but lots of manual labor and steel bending. Manual labor opened me some another level of strength which gave carryover to wrist strength and steelbending in particular. My style now is double underhand and I am gonna to fire it up as high as possible, with dedication I gave some time ago to my reverse before that awful injury. Please take a look on my DU war with FBBC Sexabastard - Stainless steel Hex 7" x 5/16" bar Rates at 180 kg [525-540 lbs in Mike Krahling's calibration system] Protection: Iron Grip cordura (exact as Bender's Battlefield wraps) + David Horne's thin suedes. Bar is bent in three maximum effort takes with 7-8 minutes of rest inbetween and the crushed:1) 0-31 deg - at 06:30; 2) 31-37 deg - at 10:15; 3) 37-42 deg - at 13:18; 4) DO crush to 2" - at 15:18 Edited November 6, 2016 by Ivan Beritashvili 13 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But I have to admit my mind is itching me on the thought about maybe going for a 7" 150 kg bar DU in Ironmind pads for the Irongrip certs! Bent a 3/8"x 8" grade-2 bolt on single Cordura a couple of weeks ago so I'm getting there!( Nate's green wraps ) Out of Gold stock at the moment but getting the CRS 3/8" stuff in double wraps anyways.
