Hellishly strong, how much do you do on the IM and Shallow Hubs?

Thanks man!! I really have no idea though after Jedd's meet on Saturday I'll know how I do on the Shallow Hub. I think I played around with a 45lb plate on the IM Hub @Jedd Johnson's once and it was fairly easy. I train hub on old plates I have at home.

Thanks RJ!! I bet with a little chalk you could be hub lifting that plate in NO TIME!! I have an old YORK Squat stand that has quite a slope that I use for Hub Lifting.
