Does anyone have suggestions how to incorporate  nail, short, medium, long & horseshoe bending in a 4 day a week training program? I've been powerlifting for 6 years & my best lifts are squat 425 bench 275 deadlift 525 if that helps.

Starting out bending I think that's too much.  In the beginning it should be all about learning positions and building up tendon strength.  I'd suggest "learning" a couple styles fairly well before trying to do it all in a 4 day rotation kind of workout schedule.  Don't worry about what you can do starting out but about how you do it.  Positions beat strength - especially as regards not getting hurt as you get into bigger bends.

My current best bends DO with IMP's are 6"-7" 5/16 hr round, with leather gr5 1/4" by 6"-7" gr8 1/4" by 6" and I kinked a gr8 7" about 25 degrees. Reverse in IMP's a 60d nail. DU in IMP's 1/4" by 7" hr square, but it was easy so possibly more. Braced over the thigh 1" x 1/4" by 13" or 3/8" cr round by 12" I kinked 7/16" cr round by 18" about 45 degrees, and I haven't tried anything longer. Horseshoes I've only bent a St. Croix UL #2 because I simply haven't bought anything harder, but they are easy so I'm certain I could bend something harder. I've been bending about a year and a half semi consistently, I'm still a little unsure how to program bending in with lifting.
