Paul Markowski
Today, I was able to give the GHP #6 gripper a good squeeze to an extent that I felt that I was actually close to closing it with my right hand! Hands felt very strong...right hand was able to close the GHP #5 for a personal best of 5 reps while the left hand was able to close the GHP #4 gripper for 5 reps as well (new personal best).

What type of closes are those?
