acorn
Griptoberfest 2016 Date: October 15th, 2016 Events: 2" Saxon bar Pinch DL - 4 attempts, rising bar 1 hand pinch on BSS Flask - 4 attempts - rising bar 2" FBBC Crusher DL - 4 attempts - rising bar FBBC Anvil DL - 4 attempts - rising bar. ( Overhand grip only ) Results in Kg Great day was had by all. I broke 52.5Kg off the ground on the flask for last attempt but could not lock it out. Same with 105Kg on the 2" Crusher for last attempt. I pulled another 10Kg on the Anvil for 5th or 6th attempt. The after feats were a blast and I may go into that at a later point. Congrats to everyone that came out and joined us and thank you Nate for the sponsorship. Durrs from the board here went home with the Tshirt since it was too small for Brandon by a couple sizes and Bill and Brandon I think got the Stickers. - Aaron
bencrush
Fantastic results Aaron! And congrats to all competitors! Did you like the Anvil as a new event? I assume you all have the initial records now since this is I think the first time it's been contested.

Overhand grip really knocks the numbers down on it. Yes I believe so and as we were running the anvil event I was complementing each person on their world record as we went up in weight.

No worries on the flask. Tears happen. Aaron Edited October 16, 2016 by acorn
