All of them. Thank you Nate! Aaron, that makes sense for sure. I couldn't remember his best rep count though. Fellow Pick Up Artist Scott Johnson has done some impressive hub curling of his own that I've witnessed at practice. He's commented on the extreme finger stress caused by this lift and said it can take him ~two weeks to recover from a hard session of hub curling. Hahah, I have no idea how many I've done at once. Never keep track and rarely train it. Mostly just spontaneous hub play hitting different feats back to back like flip catching, curling, front raise, snatch, etc. And yes hub curls put a fair amount of stress on the fingers. Another fun one you can try is loading plates on a bar in rack by the hub. Love doing that. Vasily Alekseyev I believe is know to have done that.
