acorn
I think I have fully lifted an Inch DB maybe 4 or 5 times total in the last 6 years and have been training grip for over 10 years now. Every time I have lifted it, it has been a quick up and down with no hold at the top and just barely controlling it through the lift. Happy with last night's lift and it is a good sign the new thickbar protocol is working. Just wanted to share it. - Aaron

Yes sir, had a thickbar training paradigm shift. Changed how I approached and setup the training protocol design for it in a stroke of insight. Love those when they work out. - Aaron

Jared Goguen
So I know you made those dished plates for your loadable Inch bell, I assume that's been a big part of your training?

Actually only a very small part of the training in this block. Came up with something new that worked well.
