Wight Classes · Men: 59kg / 66kg / 74kg / 83kg / 93kg / 105kg / 120kg / 120+kg / Masters 50+ · Women: Open Weigh In will begin at 8:00 AM Rules at 9:30 Contest Start Time – 10:00 AM Prizes: · Medals for the top three finishers in each class · Medals for the top lift in each event · Exceptional Lifter award for best lifter with body weight figured in. · Award for the overall champion plus the title of "The King Kong of Grip" Grip Contest: Starts at 10:00 AM Events: One Hand Pinch Deadlift (Euro Device) 2.5” Crusher (FBBC) Shallow Hub (World of Grip) 2” V-Bar (FBBC) Entry Fee: $20 – Lunch Provided. Jerry is making a home cooked meal. Entry Fees is to be paid to Andrew Pantke. Cash at the contest will be fine. All contestants please let me know if you coming. That way Jerry will know how much to make.
