Teemu I
No specific gripper training, just a test to see if other forms of grip training have had some carryover.
Norden
Insane. Looks even easier than your past 3.5 TNS close/closes. RGC on this one?
Teemu I
It has been a very long time since I had all my grippers tested and I have lost my notes of the results somewhere (move a few times and everything gets lost lol). I have or should have 3 different #3.5 grippers. Sorry can't remember precise numbers.

Teemu I
Thanks guys. I was pleasantly surprised how good grippers feel at the moment. I plan to start specific gripper training once I reach my Rolling Thunder and wrist curl goals. Might sign up for MM5 this year. Geralt
That is so awesome Teemu. You didn´t even put tension on the first two fingers, you just closed it really from point blanc. Very, very impressive. Good to see you back at it in grip.
