Squeezus
How about we address this guy's knee instability and teach him how to move his body before we start throwing tips at him for "increasing his testosterone production". The poor dude looks like this is the first time he has held a dumbbell and the bro is already trying to broscience him to death. What a joke. There is nothing of merit here.

This YouTube channel (Six Pack Shortcuts) is one of the most popular on YouTube and in the fitness industry. It's a joke.
Magnus
"This is similar to a shoulder press, but we're gonna use our butt and our thighs a little bit to make it a compound exercise." As though the shoulder press isn't already a compound exercise? This guy's about as qualified to train people as Jason Genova is.
Rick Walker
Curious why he thinks jumping squats are stupid? When done correctly, they create tremendous power in the hips and force production off the ground.

Rick Walker
Curious why he thinks jumping squats are stupid? When done correctly, they create tremendous power in the hips and force production off the ground. By utilizing squat jumps with weight, Casey just stuck an easy 41" box jump at 5'2" and 120lbs. He also jumped 5 hurdles in a row at 36" with no pause, just land and go.
EJ Livesey
All this raising testosterone naturally is bogus bullsh@t without blood work. This is one of those old wives tales that just won't go away. Total test can fluctuate more than 20 points from morning to evening. If your test is low TRT/HRT is the only way to go. There is no raising it naturally to the point where you can actually feel a difference. The power of suggestion goes a long way.
