Reason the way doing it in the vids trying to get alota pressure on the wrists. Having to use basically full body weight to get the weight off ground. Though I'm starting off at around 105 for negs, I train to catch up to you guys. Roger Roberson Posted February 14, 2017 Author Share Posted February 14, 2017 Today workout vertical leg press 1000x60x20x20 bench static reps: 615x10x10x10x10 preacher Curls: 210x15x15x15x15 TTK: 55x21 60x1 i found out towards the end of the TTK workout that 55lbs with the smaller weights was Easyer to lift say like 5x10lb weights and 1 5lb weight .then the 2x25lb weights plus 5lb dunno if this will help anyone's lift on the TTK felt like it cut the weight 35% off .
