Are the knee curls & the leg presses the only cardio you do? Do you ever go running short or long distance?

Really no cardio there just for getting the blood flow . Just looking for crushing Strenght at the moment . Get enough cardio at work with the chain saw and hills have walk up

Is all the gripper work you do negative based? Have you ever tried closing them via sets?

just doing cheated shut closes at the moment haven't taken a week off yet to see where I am . Think I will keep climbing to i come to Strenght limit if that makes sense. As long as I'm seeing improvements I'm just going to keep going heavier to see where I end up . Not trying to out do anyone just want to b apart of the board some day . Lot of respect to the guys who are already up there

Do you force close into negatives then hold it shut as much as possible for time? I do that sometimes (though I injured my hands & wrist doing those), but not often and on goal grippers not too far from my max. My goal (gripper wise) is to tns my GHP 10 some day, gradually progressing.

I force it shut and hold it for 1-2secs I found any longer for me it hurts a lot . Also I found the wrist roller had made the wrist take a lot of pressure and they don't hurt as much anymore . Lol at first when I stared this type workout I didn't think it was possible so much pain started with only a 160rated gripper .

Yes Roger glad I could help.

Yan, Since I have really switched my focus over to plate hub lifting and curling I have the following grippers I would part with (very minimal use & all in great condition, just like the WC 327lb I just sold Roger):

Tetting PRO rated at 264lbs by Cannon

Tetting Grand Elite rated at 217lbs by Cannon

Tetting Elite (Hybrid) rated at 180lbs by Cannon

Tetting Elite rated at 180lbs by Cannon

Tetting Super Elite rated at 163lbs by Cannon

My daughter just went away to college and she was the one who did any Ebay auctions for me but I just don't have time to get into that, so I thought this was a good time to just post these here since you asked. Sorry US orders only I have just had too many problems with overseas shipping. You can just PM me through Grip Board and if need be I will try to get some pictures up. Also If this is some kind of violation of this board I sincerely apologize and will take this down. Have a good one.

I'd really love to try gripping that myself, but exactly how did you disassemble the handle?

It's not disassembled this is a handle made to fit all grippers for doing negatives.  zoom in you see a bolt is tighten to hold the gripper in place.
