Vulcan Gripper, 20mm set 3. Ironmind Blockbuster 4. Silver Bullet 5. Meat hook deadlift Weight classes men: -90kg -105kg +105kg Women: Open class, minimum 5 competitors. We will have a rising bar format, where the lowest weight called will be the starting weight. 3 attempts for each event, exept for the silver bullet where it's only 1 attempt for max time. 30 seconds time limit on each attempt. Sponsors: Proteinfabrikken, Kick-et komplett treningssenter, more to come. Hotel: Our hotel sponsor is Thon Hotel, Arendal. It's located in the middle of the city. There will be a link and a discount code here later. Single room- 795 NOK for 1 night. Double room- 1.045 NOK for 1 night. Transport: The closest airport is KRS Kristiansand Kjevik. It's about 1 hour drive from the hotel. All athletes that arrives here will get picked up by our crew for only 100 NOK each way. If you arrive at Sandefjord Torp Airport, we could also be helpful with transport, depended on the arrival time. About 2,5hours drive and 200 NOK each way. Athletes that arrives at Gardemoen will have to take a bus or train at their own cost. With bus it's about 5 hours, and costs around 50 EUR each way. We will organize the transport from the hotel to the venue both ways for free. Afterparty: I will try to find a suitable night club where we can have some food and drinks after the competition.
