This is strong, but I'm not sure if this is a very useful exercise for AW.

There are certainly more efficient ways to train your pronator, I just like this exercise a lot :)   It still made my wrist a lot stronger on the table.

I prefer a strap but I feel better when I'm doing the sledge type movement for some reason that I can't pin point. Going to keep both in the mix.

Gotta have strong pronators to arm wrestle best way to take/maintain hand control.

30lbs -on a fat grip-  12.75 inches from the hand. That is freaking tough.

cm***  not inches, haha.  12.75 inches would be the craziest thing ever.

Hahaha that would be ridiculous. I guess the equivalent of pronating a 10 lb sledge with 30 in handle

Either way, 12.75 cm is still pretty bad to the bone.

The wrist thingy looks freakin awesome too, dude!   Id love to get one as soon as I get back to arm wrestling training.   I had a bit of a wrist injury for a while. Grip stuff was fine, just couldn't wrist curl or pronate like this for a while.

Dan I was doing the strap over the hand but man I just miss using my sledge for pronation lol it just looks cool and its fun. Anyway you did notice that this style of pronation did carry over to the table? I understand it might not be quite as a efficient but if it transfers I'm good. Actually Dave Chaffee does the same thing with a 50+ lb sledge. I think he said he also just does partial reps not dropping the hammer all the flat which seems like it would be good for armwrestling as well because maximum pressure is with your hand still close to the hammer curl start if that makes sense
