1. Must lift to full deadlift position.

2. Only chalk allowed.

3. The lift must be followed down under reasonable control.

Thanks, I went back and watched the video to listen to the birds and all I hear is my robins or bluebirds. Typically, I have a boatload of chickadees and house finches chirpin' away.

Ha...pretty sure this stumped you at NCGC 1.

Sharp memory you got there. Yeah, that was the only item that I missed. I was able to almost get it onto the platform after the competition was over, but it was glued to the floor when I ran the medley.

For the one person who voted no lift. May you be kind to tell everyone why? I couldn't see any mistake in the lift.

1.  Misclick. (it happens)

2.  Thinks the lift must be with both hands. (not true of course)

3.  Misplaced Humor. (knows lift will pass and just putting in last vote to close it out)
