FBBC 5/16" SQUARE Practice

I'm hopping back on the bending bandwagon and plan to knock out a couple more certs. Here is a little slow go practice for you. I wasn't going for speed on this bend I wanted to make sure that I had the power to complete it.

Good job!

The 5/16" square is a serious bar that only a few men can bend, as far as I know.

Thanks! Now the tricky part is to do it under cert conditions.

It seems that even though I don't bend but so every so often I don't lose too much strength in that area once I get it. It's kind of weird.

Strong bend on a tough nail.  Other than the insane bastard, I think that was the toughest bar I ever certed.
