anwnate Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 Nice bend. As for the Crush, since you asked... I think you are giving up leverage by dropping your elbows (and the bar). I've had problems getting power in that position, thinking it was my short arms, but I'll play around with it more and see what I can do. Still can't quite visualize how power would be applied in this position, so I'll tinker a bit over the next 6 weeks, and hopefully dial my crush in prior to the southern jersey comp.
