Just sharing

Yesterday was I was at a buddies house training strongman, its been a year since I trained strongman. But needless to say it was super fun getting back into it. Anywho, it was at the end of all the planned events and folk were doing atlas stones (I hate atlas stones) So I decided to grab a piece of his scrap rebar and go to town. Bending has not been on the forefront of my training I kinda just focused on trying to be good for competing and not worrying about bending. But I went after anyways and got the result you see below, 3/4 rebar I think it was 4-5 foot in length. I can't remember. Took about about 15 minutes as I as pretty taxed from strongman stuff. I wanted to share this with you guys as most of you can appreciate how hard it can get scrolling.

I love scrolling I can get creative and get a really good workout in it. Though in the back of my mind I still want to DUH the Rednail someday.
